The X-Men Days of Future Past official trailer. I've been waiting for the first real trailer for this movie. Finally it's here. It even blends one of the best X-Men movies X-Men first class with the other X-Men movies. I really like Michael Fassbender as Magneto and getting to see him play that role again will be a real treat and is something that I hope they will be able to keep going even as the franchise grows even more. It seems that they are finally bringing in a large part of the X-Men universe. Time travel. This is something that I am always nervous about in movies because it seems very easy to get the whole time travel concept wrong or cheesy. I have faith in them bringing back the director of the first two X-Men movies back. Brian Singer had to stop at X2 because he left to direct Superman returns which was his childhood dream. For the longest time I regarded X2 as the best superhero movie primarily because of its ability to bring in many characters during the movie without it seeming out of place or rushed. I am extremely excited to see what this new addition to the franchise will bring.
